Westwood and Westwood East Home Owners Association was formed and incorporated in January of 1998. The purpose of the Association is to provide for the maintenance and repair of streets, any medians, open spaces, storm drains, fences, entrance lights, street lights, signs/entrances, common areas and the preservation and architectural control of the residence lots and common areas within our development.
This site is provided by the Homeowners Association Board of Directors as a service to residents and prospective buyers. The primary goals of this web site are as follows:
